I have used this product for several years now with very exciting results! I've always had some blackheads, especially on my olfactory organ, that I absolutely despise and the Effaclar Adapalene has actually worked to continue them clear and prevent new ones. I've tried Retin-A over the years and even at the lowest dose, has been too harsh on my skin, especially my olfactory organ. I have used Adapalene Gel 0.1 for years, but the La Roche-Posay brand is the best I accept used. I utilise it mainly to help with whiteheads and sun harm. It definitely helps and La Roche-Posay seems not to irritate my skin as much as other brands. It is best to use moisturizer 5 to 10 minutes after applying it and so as to reduce irritation.
